In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment options that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call our office at Smile Squad Pediatric Dentistry at 717-884-8807 to find out what other options may be available to you.

As a courtesy to our patients, Smile Squad Pediatric Dentistry participates in many dental insurance plans. We will submit claims on your behalf and have the reimbursement sent to us. 

Please contact your insurance company to confirm that we are an in-network provider. Deductibles, Co-payments, and non-covered service fees are expected at the time of treatment.

When using your dental insurance plan, it is your responsibility to:

• Provide us with information relative to your claim PRIOR TO YOUR CHILD’S APPOINTMENT, including insurance card, number, employer, birth date of policy holder, address and social security number of member and policy holder. This information will initially be requested over the phone when you call to make your child’s appointment. This information will also be requested on the Patient Registration Form, which we require you to complete online through our Patient Portal prior to your child’s first visit.
• Pay your deductible, co-pay or estimated portion due at the time of service.
• Pay for services not covered by your insurance carrier.

• Care Credit (flexible financing options so you can pay over time for your child’s care that you want or need)
